ECB Eurosystem informs that TIPS is currently facing an incident impacting the settlement of instant payments and liquidity transfers between TIPS and other services. The incident is affecting both the EUR and SEK. Instructions sent to TIPS will be rejected and will therefore need to be resubmitted once the incident is resolved. Banking Circle will temporarily hold payments until the issue is resolved.
