The service degradation affecting authorization and API access for some BC Connect clients has been resolved. What happened: The issue was caused by an external DNS resolution problem impacting bankingcircleconnect.com, which led to intermittent failures when obtaining authorization tokens. This resulted in partial and client‑specific impact across some API integrations. Current status: DNS resolution has been restored Authorization token retrieval is functioning normally Core payment, FX, and reporting services are operating as expected Monitoring confirms service stability We will continue to monitor closely to ensure full stability.
