    On September 24, 2026 at 1:58 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers experienced latency while accessing and loading pages in the BIM 360 Account Administration and Forma Admin Console in US and India region. Once the issue was resolved on September 24, 2026 at 2:15 AM PDT, BIM 360 Account Administration and Forma Admin Console returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
