Between 6:00 PM ET on 9/9 and 11:30 AM ET on 9/10, a subset of users starting a bank connection through the web experience may have received an authorization error and been unable to complete the connection. The cause was a timing issue in our connection flow when the institution page loaded and began its requests before the underlying link session had finished initializing, causing those requests to be rejected. A fix has been deployed and the issue is resolved.
