We have identified the cause of the issue affecting the Unified Portal and MSP Portal. A recent infrastructure configuration change caused service interruptions, resulting in the portals becoming temporarily unreachable. We have confirmed that the mobile app is still operating as expected. Our team is actively rolling back and redeploying the previous stable configuration to restore normal service. We expect the Unified Portal, MSP Portal to recover once this is complete. Users may continue to experience login failures, inaccessible dashboards, or connection timeout errors when trying to access the portals. Next Update: 10/26/26 23:30
