Resolved after 16 minutes, affecting eu3: Cloud - Europe, on September 17, 2026.

postmortem Sep 24, 2026, 06:19 PM UTC

On 17 September 2026, at 11:13 UTC, customers in our eu3: Cloud - Europe region experienced delays and difficulties accessing scheduled CloudWorks™ integrations. While the CloudWorks™ user interface remained accessible for viewing, scheduled and manual integrations were temporarily unavailable. **Root cause** A temporary network disruption within the underlying cloud infrastructure interrupted communication between internal servers that support the scheduling mechanism. This network fluctuation caused the internal scheduling system to enter an automated safe mode to prevent any data inconsistency. In this state, the scheduling service disconnected and was unable to process and execute scheduled integrations. **Recovery** Our engineering team identified the issue and took immediate action. We executed standard recovery protocols to restore connectivity between the scheduling servers and restarted the CloudWorks™ service components. Following the successful restart, the team verified that scheduled integrations resumed normal operations and were completing successfully. By 11:29 UTC, the issue was fully resolved. **Corrective and preventative actions** We are implementing the following actions to prevent recurrence: * We are implementing optimizations to our automated infrastructure maintenance and server rebuilding processes to prevent scheduled operations from being disrupted during system updates. * We are progressing with our strategic initiative to migrate our scheduling platform to a highly resilient infrastructure with automated self-healing capabilities. We apologize for any impact this issue may have had on your business operations. We are continuously strengthening our systems and procedures to ensure we avoid future disruptions to your business and users.
