Nov 18, 18:05 UTC Resolved - Cloudflare has now confirmed that their services have returned to normal operation. Altmetric applications are also operating normally so we are closing this incident. Nov 18, 15:04 UTC Monitoring - Cloudflare has now stated that the root cause of the incident has been fixed and they are continuing to monitor the situation as services stabilise. We continue to do the same. Nov 18, 13:18 UTC Update - Our upstream CDN Cloudflare has now identified the root cause of the incident and is in the process of restoring services.
