We’re aware that some computers running older versions of the AlertMedia Desktop app can’t sign in. The app may show a failed login, even though the sign-in actually succeeds on our side. Computers on the current Desktop version (7.0.2) are not affected. We’ve identified the issue and a fix will be applied soon. The misleading error should disappear after the fix is applied, with nothing needed from you. We’ll post another update when it’s complete.
