Delay in Balance Platform transfer webhook notifications
Resolved on November 5, 2026, affecting Adyen Platform and Customer Area Reporting.
Due to an internal issue that has since been resolved, Balance Platform transfer webhook notifications were delayed between 12:00 and 14:00 CET on November 5, 2026. During this period, merchants may have received transfer webhook notifications later than expected, and a subset of notifications were delivered out of order. All delayed webhook notifications have now been delivered. Our engineering teams continue to monitor the platform, and we will provide further updates if required.
