We have identified and resolved an internal technical issue which started at 08:15 CET on November 5, 2026, resulting in a payout delay for a subset of DKK, SEK, CAD, USD, HUF and PLN transactions. As a result of this issue, a subset of customers may experience a delay in receiving payouts scheduled for November 5, 2026. Expected credit times per currency: DKK: Regular payouts will be credited on November 6, 2026. Urgent payouts will be credited by the end of the day on November 5. SEK: All payouts will be credited by the end of the day on November 5. CAD: Urgent payouts will be credited by the end of the day on November 5. Regular payouts will be credited by 01:00 CET on November 6. USD: Urgent payouts will be credited by the end of the day on November 5. Regular payouts are not impacted. HUF: Regular and urgent payouts will be credited by the end of the day on November 5. PLN: Urgent payouts will be credited by the end of the day on November 5.
