Action1 Remote Session – Minor Performance Impact in North America
Resolved after 2 days 2 hours, affecting Action1 Remote Session North America [NAM], on April 15, 2025.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the performance and scalability of the Remote Session feature in North America, we initiated infrastructure expansion by adding new servers. During this rollout, a small portion of traffic was inadvertently routed to servers not yet in active operation. The issue was promptly identified and fully resolved. We’re pleased to share that the increased server capacity is now live and fully functional - users can expect faster, smoother Remote Sessions moving forward.
