Resolved after 12 minutes, affecting Action1 Endpoint Interface [NAM], on July 1, 2025.
We experienced a short-lived disruption during which a subset of users were unexpectedly disconnected from their active sessions. The event was traced to a transient failure in AWS ElastiCache within our hosting region. All Automations remained fully operational. Service functionality has been fully restored and is performing as expected.
