  2. resolved Sep 09, 2026, 06:13 PM UTC

Beginning around 16:50 UTC, Abnormal experienced delays in Email Scoring for customers in the United States Government region, where some messages took longer than usual to be scored. Abnormal identified the cause, applied a fix, and has fully restored normal scoring performance as of the resolution time. Detection and remediation of email threats continued to operate as expected throughout this period. All messages from the impacted window will be replayed and scored, so no messages will be missed. If you experience any further issues, please reach out to Abnormal's support team at [email protected].
