Good morning, Please be advised that we are currently experiencing an issue with missing early prices, off's and results for both the BTC sis feed and BTC virtual feed. BTC have advised that they have an internet outage which is causing the break in communication. Please refer to your shop screens for prices for the moment, if these are available. Further updates will be posted as soon as they are available.
Please be advised that we have received a further update from BTC. Their internet provider has estimates that the earliest they could be back online is 2pm this afternoon.
BTC's internet is now back up and running and the connection to our servers have now been restored. The system is in the process of processing the backlog of data. We will advise once this has fully caught up.
