A Bet A Outage History

We are currently experiencing a power outage at the location of our servers which host the GB feed and the BTC VIP feed. Tote is also unavailable. We are assessing the situation and we will provide a further update asap.

Please be aware that we are currently not receiving any data from BTC. They have been contacted and are investigating. Components effected: No EPs No results for VIP Virtual events Please note that SIS and TRP BPs and data remain uneffected.

Please note that the issue with SIS and TRP EPs is now resolved. There may be a delay between prices screens and Betty as we process a backlog of data. The issue with the VIP events and BTC Horse file is ongoing.

We are working on this as a high priority and will let you know as soon as we know more. Apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing you." We will keep you updated on their progress.

No updates have been received from BTC since 08:55. We are investigating alongside BTC.

Due to a misconfiguration of the data from BTC, there will be no prices available for the 17:51 at Catterick.

Please note that due to a spelling error from BTC, there will be no price updates for No.7 Lizzie Bennet in the 13:12 at Leicester.

Please be advised that, as a knock-on effect of yesterday’s BTC software issues, we have been unable to generate the sports content this morning. As this data is required for the production of the coupons, we will begin regenerating the affected content once the initial batch of Early Prices has been received. During the regeneration and publication process, Early Prices may not update as expected. We would therefore recommend referring to your screens for the most up-to-date information during this period. We are working to restore the affected content as quickly as possible and will provide further updates as the situation progresses. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this, and apologise for any inconvenience or disruption caused.

Prices are now available. However, there are issues with BTC virtuals due to the above. The HGB01 file will be unavailble as well for a short period of time. All bets previously placed against this file will need to be manually settled.

Please be advised that there is currently a technical issue preventing the publication of Australian data to customers. The issue is under investigation by the suppliers. This also appears to be affecting the final SP, with many races displaying a price of 1/50 so far. A further update will be provided as soon as possible.

There is an issue with the server that forwards Geoff Banks data. We are investigating and will update you as soon as possible.

Update from SIS: Both these have gone through the feed, however there seems to have been a small data outage which is being looked at urgently.

SIS have provided results for the two races at Star Pelaw and the race at Galway, and these have been manually entered. However, the feed is not yet restored.

As a result, these event files will temporarily disappear from your system. Any bets placed on the affected events prior to their removal will require manual settlement.
