8x8 has identified an issue causing 8x8 knowledge page articles to not load or give errors when attempting to access on https://support-portal.8x8.com/ . We are currently investigating the root cause and will provide updates once performance is restored to normal. This does not impact direct 8x8 services and is only impacting Help knowledge articles. 8x8 Support can be accessed via these direct methods if needed. 8x8 has mitigated the issue causing the 8x8 Knowledge articles from not loading. All articles should now be loading under normal performance standards. We are investigating the root cause and we apologize for the inconvenience.
