    8x8 in investigating examples where customers utilizing the latest version of the Google Chrome browser cannot reach a live 8x8 Support Agent when engaging us via chat. During the process, the final step to initiate the live chat results in a blank screen. If you are running into this issue, please close the window and initiate using an alternate browser such as Firefox or Safari. This does not impact 8x8 services and contacting 8x8 Support via phone and web case are still operational. We'll provide an update once this is resolved and we apologize for the inconvenience.
