    The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

    This incident is resolved. A number of our third-party partner's Learning Management Systems (LMS) were down following an outage of AWS region us-east-1. We saw issues with partners like Blackboard and Canvas either unable to, or in limited capacity, able to receive grade posts for assignment submissions. This event did not have any direct impacts on the zyBooks system or it's ability to record student scores.     While Canvas systems are again operational (https://status.instructure.com), we have identified that a subset of our partner schools are still having issues sending assignment scores. We are in contact with Canvas technical support and working to remedy the situation. No issues recording assignment scores have been identified on the zyBooks side. Once sending of scores is restored, scores can be sent by continuing the assignment or clicking “Submit score to LMS” button.
