The provider access portal for dentaquest has officially sunsetted. All request that were routed to dentaquest provider access via payer ID: CX014 are now going to the new sunlife portal: https://providers.dentaquest.com. Please make sure you have setup access to https://providers.dentaquest.com to continue receiving patient eligibility for you dentaquest request through CX014
