We have identified an issue with Payment Method Updater (PMU) for CyberSource affecting a subset of the production tenants. The PMU job did not complete and update the Payment method since 12/19/2024, 6 PM PST. We are following up with CyberSource to fix the issue on their side and restore the service. Our engineering teams are working on this with the highest priority. Please stay tuned for more details.
