Update timeline

  1. monitoring Sep 02, 2026, 05:13 PM UTC

During the time frame of 10:45am to 12:40pm ET a subset of calls may not have been recorded. Our Engineering has resolved this, and calls after 12:40pm ET will be recorded as expected. In addition, you may see delays in call processing through the end of the day. If your meeting was recorded through your video conference provider’s cloud recording, you can manually import the recording file into the Chorus platform. Instructions for this found here: https://help.zoominfo.com/s/article/How-to-Import-a-Recording-Into-Chorus During the impacted time, some users incorrectly received an email notification stating that their calendar integration was disconnected. Your calendar connection remains active and operational; no action is needed on your part. If you do wish to verify or reconnect your calendar, please follow the steps outlined here: https://help.zoominfo.com/s/article/How-to-Connect-and-Sync-Your-Calendar
