Since October 29, 2025, we have identified a performance issue affecting both Outlook Online and The New Outlook when using the Zivver OWA add-in. As a result, the Zivver OWA add-in and task pane may not function properly and both secure and regular mail may be affected. Root Cause: This issue is caused by an ongoing Microsoft outage. Further information can be found on https://status.cloud.microsoft Workaround: Use Outlook Classic for sending regular/secure messages or navigate to app.zivver.com to send secure messages.
