This issue is resolved. Between 19:10 and 19:31 UTC, creating or scheduling new posts from the dashboard or the API failed with an error. Posts created before or after that window are not affected. If a post failed to save during that time, please create it again.

Since 16:55 UTC, video pins sent to Pinterest may fail to publish after several attempts. Image pins are publishing normally. We have found that video processing is not completing in time and are working on a fix. Next update within 60 minutes.

Since 15:34 UTC, posts to Reddit fail and Reddit accounts cannot be connected or reconnected. Reddit is currently refusing our requests, and we are working to restore access. Other platforms are not affected. Next update within 60 minutes.

Between 15:00 and 16:45 UTC, some WhatsApp messages failed to send with temporary errors returned by WhatsApp's service. Sending has recovered and we are monitoring to confirm it stays stable. If a message failed in that window, retrying it after a short delay should work. Next update within 60 minutes.

Since 8 October, some accounts may not receive new comment notifications (comment webhooks) or see new comments on posts published through Zernio. We have found the cause, an issue on our side when checking those accounts for new comments, and are working on a fix. Next update within 60 minutes.

Since September 27, some Google Business Profile posts with images may fail to publish with an error. We have found the cause, an issue on our side when processing certain image formats for Google Business, and are working on a fix. Uploading the image as a JPG or PNG file avoids the problem. We’re experiencing delays in outbound webhook delivery due to elevated event volume. Webhooks are still being processed, but some may arrive several minutes late. We’re investigating and monitoring delivery times.

Some backend functions and infrastructure is actually recovering from a minimal and transient spike from our database system, regarding an a big improvements within the infrastructure within our system. No data loss, no big issues related. We're working to have the system with normal work again. Thanks for your patience.

Pinterest publishing and ads are currently failing for our users. This issue is caused by a temporary restriction on our app's access to the Pinterest API. We're working directly with Pinterest to restore access and expect this resolved within the next few days. Other platforms are unaffected.

We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting Instagram. This issue originates on Meta's side and is not caused by Zernio's infrastructure, which is operating normally. As a result, some connected Instagram accounts may be marked as requiring reconnection, and users may receive emails asking them to reconnect their accounts. If your account was disconnected, we recommend waiting until the issue is resolved before reconnecting.
