    Since 8 October, some accounts may not receive new comment notifications (comment webhooks) or see new comments on posts published through Zernio. We have found the cause, an issue on our side when checking those accounts for new comments, and are working on a fix. Next update within 60 minutes.

    Resolved: comment polling is back to normal for all accounts. Since the fix was deployed at 18:18 UTC, every polling run has completed successfully and new comments are being picked up again, including on posts published through Zernio. No action is needed on your side.
