Since 11:20 CEST (09:20 UTC), our third-party identity verification provider has been experiencing an incident affecting its services. The provider is aware of the issue and is actively working on a resolution. Our application and API remain fully available. However, the following features are currently impacted: - Identity verification during Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) flows - Identity document verification through Verify Signers may be unable to complete identity verification steps until the provider’s service is restored. All other signature levels and features are working normally. We are closely monitoring the situation with our provider and will share an update as soon as we have more information, or within the next 60 minutes at the latest. We apologize for the inconvenience.
