    We're experiencing an infrastructure issue with one of our storage systems, caused by a failure at our cloud provider. As a result, historical mention collection for new or updated topics may be delayed or fail to complete. Real-time mention collection is not affected. We're working with our cloud provider to restore full service and will post an update as soon as we know more.

    Our cloud provider is still working to restore the affected storage, and we're closely following their progress. In the meantime, new mentions may appear in topics with a delay, alerts may arrive late, and some historical collections may restart before completing. No data is lost: all delayed mentions will appear automatically once the issue is resolved. We'll post an update as soon as we know more.

    Our infrastructure provider is doing scheduled maintenance on its servers from 06:00 to 14:00 UTC today. During this time you may see: - delays in collecting new mentions - delays in collecting historical data - topic preview being unavailable when you create or edit a topic No data will be lost. Delayed mentions will be processed once the maintenance is over. We're monitoring the situation and will post an update when service is fully back.
