      Our Direct Import provider has identified and is working on an issue that's causing widespread connection issues for all Synchrony and Synchrony-related institutions (e.g., Amazon, Lowe's, Sam's Club, and other store cards).       We are still monitoring this incident, but institutions that were disabled have been enabled again and we're seeing an improvement in connection success for Synchrony institutions.
