    We are aware of an ongoing incident impacting Xsolla Launcher availability. End users may experience failed or slow downloads of launcher assets. The issue has been traced to a major outage at one of our upstream CDN providers, which is currently affecting their global content delivery network and API. Their engineering team has acknowledged the incident and is actively investigating the root cause. Our team is monitoring the situation closely and evaluating mitigation options on our side.
