We identified a connectivity problem in Microsoft Azure, we didn't receive any connections starting at 11:53 UTC. Resolved at about 12:18 pm UTC Servers were not receiving network connections and then connectivity got back, this increased a load peak that caused "too many connections" error. Some customers could see this error. It wasn't caused by our servers; all our servers were up and running all the time. We added conditions to bypass message statistics updates in case of connectivity issues. This will help to make peak load recovery faster next time.
