Starting at about 7pm (UTC) some clients were unable to see images in their signature. Xink Image service become unreachable. Summary of the issue and RCA: There was a burst of requests to a web server, presumably after holidays, adding a pick load on the web server. As a result web server become unavailable for the period of automatic scaling up, producing Error 500. Quick manual system update, along with software patches resolved the issue at about 7:26pm (UTC).
