    Starting about 6:03 UTC Xink dashboard and Xink add-in for OWA become unavailable, the HTTP request returned "500 Error - The request time out." Resolved at about 6:23 UTC. RCA: Sudden and unusual burst in HTTP requests overloaded the HTTP server causing 500 Error. Was resolved by scaling up the resource.
