We are experiencing some problems with the Server-side (rerouting) service. As a result, some of our clients with server-side enabled may experience delays in email delivery or NDR. We are currently working on resolving the issue as our TOP PRIORITY. In the meantime, we suggest temporarily disabling the transport > https://support.xink.io/support/solutions/articles/1000311916-it-pro-how-to-disable-server-side-transport-rule We will get back with an update when you can re-activate the transport rule. We apologize for this incident and working to resolve it urgently.

One of US rerouting workers was severely overloaded. There might be message delays. The situation is sorted out now, no need to disable catcher rules. We are investigation the reason.
