    Clients with server-side enabled may experience email delivery issues (delays or NDR). We are currently working on resolving the issue as our TOP PRIORITY. In the meantime, we suggest temporarily disabling the transport > https://support.xink.io/support/solutions/articles/1000311916-it-pro-how-to-disable-server-side-transport-rule We will get back with an update when you can re-activate the transport rule. We apologize for this incident and working to resolve it urgently.

    Failed Auth service did not authenticate server-side causing server-side service in all data centers failed. As an urgent measure - we disabled filter, releasing all messages in a queue to be processed without applying signature. Affected clients either get NDR messages or email delivered to receiver without signature. We apologize for this issue and will provide additional information along investigation and RCA finally.
