Outlook add-in (AppSource) - clients are getting Microsoft CAA20004 error.
Xink experienced a notice incident on December 14, 2023 affecting Outlook Add-in, lasting 2h 35m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are getting reports from a subset of our clients using AppSource version add-in, shows an error "Something went wrong". Error message: "We couldn't sign you in. If this error persists, contact your system administrator and provide the error code CAA20004" We advise affected clients to accept permissions for Xink add-in. This will resolve the issue. We are monitoring and investigating this issue.
