Direct Debit payments via RCBC in the Philippines are temporarily unavailable. Our banking partner has suspended the channel while it investigates a security concern on its side. Xendit's systems are not affected, and all other Philippine payment channels are working normally. We are working with RCBC to restore the service as soon as possible. In the meantime, we recommend directing customers to alternative payment methods. We will share another update once we hear more from RCBC.
