On April 27, 2026, between approximately 09:00 PM and 11:00 PM UTC, the Workato platform experienced a degradation in its Genie services. Customers may have experienced "AI didn't respond in time" error message when interacting with Genies. The issue has now been resolved, and customers should no longer see this error message.
