Between February 17, 2026 at 2:04 PM UTC and February 18, 2026 at 5:47 AM UTC, the Workato platform experienced an issue with the Genie service. Customers using Genie may have intermittently received responses referencing the current time instead of the expected response to their query. The issue has been resolved and Genie is now responding normally.
