We are currently investigating reports that form notification emails are not being delivered as expected for some customers. This correlates with an ongoing with an Incident that our upstream mail provider is facing, but we are working diligently to validate the root cause and will share another update as soon as possible. In the meantime, form submissions can be accessed from the Forms tab in Site Settings.
