You may be experiencing slowness or trouble accessing Waldo from Microsoft Teams right now. Here's what's going on, and more importantly, what we're doing about it. ## What's happening A disruption is currently affecting the links between Microsoft Azure's infrastructure and certain Internet service providers (ISPs). This is causing intermittent disconnections, and Waldo may run slowly or become temporarily unreachable for some of you. This isn't coming from Waldo itself: it sits upstream, in Microsoft's network infrastructure. ## What this means for you - Access to Waldo may be slower than usual, or briefly cut off. - Your data (bookings, floor plans, history) stays safe and untouched: nothing is lost. - Depending on your ISP, the impact may vary from one team to another. ## What we're doing Our teams are following the situation closely, in touch with Microsoft's technical teams. As soon as the connection stabilizes, Waldo goes back to normal automatically, no action needed on your end. ## What's next We'll update this page as soon as we know more, and confirm here once everything is back to normal. Thanks for your patience, we're staying on it until things are running smoothly again.
