One of our upstream vendors had experienced their Provide Edge router failure, causing an outage for our Whanganui UFB customers. This has now been resolved. Service was disrupted for approximately 43 minutes. We apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact Customer Service if you are still experiencing issues.
