    We are currently aware of an ongoing network issue involving our partner GTT in APAC region. Our Incident Management team is investigating the issue with priority

    We have identified the problem with one of our carrier partners. Mitigations have been applied to restore service and we are working with the carrier to fully remediate the root cause.
