Our engineering team has identified an issue that may have impacted captions in your video sessions. Between 2026-04-21 15:11:05 UTC and 2026-04-21 15:30:58 UTC, new captions could not be started in the us-east region due to a connectivity issue with the transcribe module. The issue was resolved at 2026-04-21T15:35:00.480 UTC. Existing captions were not affected. Services are now fully restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
