We are investigating failures to browse isolated to several domains when end users are connected to Cloud SWG Tel Aviv (GILTA) data center. End users receive an error page indicating that "This site can't be reached" or that a timeout was exceeded. The issue is only affecting customers who use the [Consolidated SWG Policy](https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/symantec-security-software/web-and-network-security/cloud-swg/help/threat-protection/about_webiso_co/consolidated-swg-policy-full-web-isolation.html) in Cloud SWG.
