Resolved after 4 hours 43 minutes, affecting Support Web Portal, on January 18, 2024.
We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our Support Ticket system, this is being reflected in Support staff being unable to load tickets and also not being able to raise tickets via the portal. The 3rd Party who owns this system are looking into the problem and hopes to have any issues resolved as soon as possible.
