    We are currently investigating an issue preventing users from encrypting or decrypting files in Virtru for Drive. We have initiated emergency fix procedures and are working to identify and resolve the issue as soon as possible. No other Virtru products (such as the Gmail extension or O365 add-in) are impacted by this issue. We will provide another update as soon as we have one.

    We have a partial fix complete and are working to address the remaining issues. Our engineers continue to work to resolve this as soon as possible. We will provide an update tomorrow morning at the latest. If a fix is complete and released overnight, we will provide an update then.     A fix has been completed internally and is being tested. As soon as the testing is complete, it will be submitted to Google for review and release. We will provide another update as soon as possible.
