    Outlook and Hotmail users are unable to authenticate in Secure Reader and Secure Share. Google and O365 activation flows are working as expected. The issue appears to be isolated to Outlook related authentication flows in Secure Reader and Secure Share. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide another update as soon as possible. Impacted users should attempt to authenticate via a different method, such as a one-time verification link or code.
