    We are currently investigating an issue with the Virtru for Drive Extension. When attempting to activate the extension, users are getting a message that states, "this app is blocked." This issue has been escalated to Virtru Engineering, and we are working to resolve it asap. We will provide another update as soon as we have one.

    We've identified the root cause of the issue and are working to find a solution. It does not appear the issue is currently impacting all customers or domains. We will continue to provide updates as the situation evolves.

    There is a workaround for this issue. You need to approve the Virtru Drive Extension in your Workspace settings. If you are experiencing issues, please contact Virtru Support for detailed instructions on how to approve the Drive Extension.
