Our payments partner, BlueSnap, is currently experiencing downtime causing payment processing failures. AutoPay processing will also be suspended until this issue has been resolved. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as we receive them.

BlueSnap's payment processing services have been restored, and we are once again processing payments through Veracross. All recurring AutoPay and donation payments previously scheduled for yesterday will be automatically processed this afternoon. BlueSnap is still working to restore service for payouts, so Veracross payout processing continues to be delayed. We will provide an additional update to confirm once that service has been restored.

BlueSnap has resolved the issue with payouts, and we’ve confirmed that we are once again receiving payout data. Customers can expect to begin seeing payout records in Veracross, though please note that BlueSnap expects payout transfers to arrive tomorrow following the one business day delay as a result of this outage. Please note that while the outage is fully resolved for BlueSnap production environments, BlueSnap continues to work to resolve the issue in their sandbox environment. While this has no impact on live Veracross payment processing, it may cause failures for any customers attempting to run tests in BlueSnap's sandbox.
