    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the incident of 25/11/2020 between 9:54 and 10:38. A wrong parameter in the release materiel deployed on servers caused memory crashes for a specific service. The parameter has been corrected and a process will be setup to verify parameters before deployment.
