Instructor Announcement Metrics – Partial Data Delay Start time: October 20, 2025 We identified an issue affecting instructor announcement metrics. Some instructors may notice missing or incomplete data for “Delivered,” “Opened,” or “Clicked” events in announcements sent between October 20 and November 6, 2025. Our engineering teams have resolved the underlying issue and are in the process of restoring the missing data. Impact: • Announcements are being delivered successfully. • Analytics for affected announcements may appear incomplete until the restoration process is finished. • Metrics for new announcements are updating as expected. We are continuing to monitor system performance and will provide an update (by Nov 7th at the latest) once all historical data has been fully restored.

Resolved – Instructor Announcement Metrics – Partial Data Delay Start time: October 20, 2025 Resolved: November 7, 2025, 16:31 UTC We’ve resolved the issue that caused some instructor announcement metrics to show incomplete or zero delivery data between October 20 and November 6. All affected data has now been restored, and announcement delivery and analytics are updating normally. During this period, announcements were successfully delivered to learners, but instructors saw missing or incorrect delivery counts in their dashboards. This visual issue has now been corrected. We appreciate your patience while our teams worked to restore accurate metrics.
